I make kind of those without the sugar and baking powder and add some chopped vegetables and fry on high temperature in butter. Quite easy delicious and cheap meal that takes hunger away.

These are so plump! I love it and would like to try this using Kamut flour and definitely not AP flour since we are trying to only eat whole wheat since it is so so healthy!! Looking forward to trying this thanks!
